Abstract
目的 探讨倍他乐克对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的治疗作用.方法选取本院2001～2003年收治的按NYHA分级为Ⅱ～Ⅲ级的CHF患者62例,随机分为两组,对照组(32例)给予限盐、强心、利尿、扩血管、ACE-Ⅰ联合应用,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上添加倍他乐克治疗,分别观察并比较两组患者心功能改善情况、心率和血压治疗前后变化情况.结果倍他乐克组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率75%,两组间差异有显著意义(x2=4.13,P＜0.05),且其他指标均有改善.结论倍他乐克对慢性心力衰竭有较好的治疗作用。
