Abstract
目的 探讨草莓型血管瘤的理想治疗方法.方法在病灶局部先注射曲安奈德注射液,使部分瘤体血管退缩后再用Q开关倍频掺钕钇铝榴石(YAG)激光进行照射,观察治疗效果.结果此法临床治愈率达90%,并发症少,复发率约10%,疗程短,患儿痛苦少.结论结合激素类药物和倍频YAG激光,避免了使用单一方法治疗草莓型血管瘤的缺陷。
