Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Ginkgo Biloba extract Ginaton for the treatment of traumatic extraocular muscle paralysis.Methods 74 eyes of 68 cases with traumatic extraocular muscle paralysis were divided into two groups,including the observation group with Ginaton injection and the control group with traditional nerve nutrition drugs.The clinical symptoms and physical improvement were observed.The efficacies of two groups were compared.Results The efficacy of observation group is much better than the control group (x2 =14.51,9.86,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Ginaton injection can improve the cure rate of traumatic extraocular muscle paralysis.
