Abstract

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Ginkgo biloba extract combined with acoustic resonance deafness therapeutic apparatus on patients with neurogenic tinnitus deafness. Methods 90 patients with neurogenic tinnitus deafness in our hospital from Jan. 2015 to Dec. 2016 were chosen, and then were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission with 45 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with acoustic resonance deafness therapeutic apparatus, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Ginkgo biloba extract combined with acoustic resonance deafness therapeutic apparatus. Compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results After treatment, the clinical total effective rate in the observation group (97.78%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (84.44%), with statistically significant difference between the two groups (χ2=4.939 0,P<0.05). No serious complications occurred in both two groups. Conclusions Compared with pure acoustic resonance deafness therapeutic apparatus for neurogenic tinnitus deafness, the combination of ginkgo biloba extract injection and acoustic resonance deafness therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of neurogenic tinnitus deafness has higher curative effective rate, which can significantly improve the patients' clinical symptoms, with high safety, worthy of clinical popularization and application. Key words: Neurogenic tinnitus deafness; Ginkgo biloba extract; Acoustic resonance deafness therapeutic apparatus; Curative effect
