Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of the circumcision device combine with elastic thread for redundant prepuce and phimosis in posthetomy. Methods Clinical data of 1362 patients of redundant prepuce and phimosis underwent circumcision device combine with elastic thread were analyzed. The operative time, recovery time and main complication with the Shang Ring have been compared. Results All operations were successfully completed. Circumcision device combine with elastic thread group avoid ring-removal pain, the healing time and wound edema incidence was significantly reduced, as well as the pain after the operation. Conclusions Circumcision device combine with elastic thread has great advantages and wide introduction value. Key words: Circumcision, Male
