Abstract
目的 探讨微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗输尿管上段结石的临床疗效。 方法 选取2016年8月至2017年10月在金华市第五医院外科和金华市中心医院泌尿外科治疗输尿管上段结石的患者100例，采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组50例，观察组采用微创经皮肾镜取石手术治疗，对照组采用体外冲击波碎手术治疗，对比两组的治疗效果。 结果 对照组患者的手术时间(88.33±14.71)min、术中出血量(54.71±3.64)mL、住院时间(7.73±1.52)d、结石清除效果(80.00%)及并发症发生率(20.00%)与观察组患者的手术时间(41.42±6.93)min、术中出血量(14.33±3.61)mL、住院时间(3.88±0.94)d、结石清除效果(100.00%)及并发症发生率(6.00%)相比差异均有统计学意义(t＝18.956、12.225、6.158，χ2＝12.453、8.145，均P<0.05)。 结论 微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗输尿管上段结石疗效显著，值得在临床中进一步研究推广。
