Abstract

Objective To study the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen for patients with hypertension hemorrhage.Methods 70 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients admitted in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the experimental group was given hyperbaric oxygen and routine treatment.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups,patients with Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS),the NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS),Barthel Index (Barthel) and the edema area of two groups were observed and analyzed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental and the control group was 88.6%,71.4%,showing a statistical significant difference (P < 0.05); the GCS,NIHSS,Barthel score and the edema area of experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen has significant clinical efficacy in postoperative recovery for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after operation,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
