Abstract
目的 探讨去乙酰毛花苷结合米力农治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。 方法 选取慢性肺心病心力衰竭患者108例，按就诊顺序编号分为观察组和对照组，每组54例。对照组在常规治疗(吸氧、抗感染、纠正酸碱平衡与电解质紊乱、改善通气等)基础上给予去乙酰毛花苷治疗，观察组则在其基础上结合米力农治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后血流动力学指标、氧分压(PaO2)和二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)等血气指标的变化情况，比较其临床疗效。 结果 观察组经治疗后显效33例，有效18例，无效3例，总有效率为94.44%；对照组经治疗后显效26例，有效17例，无效12例，总有效率为79.63%，组间差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)，经治疗后观察组血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、全血黏度等血流动力学指标明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 去乙酰毛花苷结合米力农治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭疗效显著，安全性高，具有临床推广应用价值。
