Abstract
Objective o investigate the clinical characteristic,treatment and prognosis of liver damage in adult onset still's disease(AOSD).Methods he clinical characteristics of twenty-one patients with liver damage in AOSD were analyzed retrospectively.Results iver damage in AOSD is usually mild and fulminant liver failure is rare.The level of C-reactive protein and serum ferritin is usually high.The specificity is difference in liver biopsy.The treatment of fulminant liver failure need large corticosteroids(2 mg/kg/d).Conclusion It is worth to be taken seriously that patiens may acute liver damage when the level of C-reactive protein is still high in post-treat-ment of AOSD.The treatment of fulminant liver failure need large corticosteroids.Cure the Primary Disease and avoid using hepatotoxic drugs,most of liver damage can be recovered or improved.
