Abstract
This article discusses the basic concepts and characteristics of civil disputes and civil litigation and their resolution mechanisms, and analyzes the characteristics and resolution of different types of civil disputes, such as contract disputes and tort disputes. The article also describes in detail the civil litigation procedures, including the various aspects of prosecution and filing, trial procedures and enforcement procedures. It further discusses the background and motivation of the reform of the civil litigation system, as well as the content of the reform, such as the simplification of trial procedures, the application of electronic litigation and the improvement of the enforcement mechanism. Finally, the article looks forward to the development trend of the civil litigation system, including informationization and intelligence, the promotion of diversified dispute resolution mechanism and its institutional guarantee.
