Abstract
Educating a citizen is an extremely difficult task, since this quality includes a number of basic civic qualities. In pedagogical science, there are several theoretical and methodological approaches to the problem of civic education of students. However, only the axiological approach is directly addressed to the value-semantic sphere of the child and therefore, from our point of view, is the most effective in the field of civic education.
