Abstract
Circadian dependent changes in liver cells are not only noticeable by biochemical and histochemical means3. The ultrastructure also exhibits during a period of 24-hours very drastic changes (Muller et al., 1966). After our own experience there seems to be a certain correlation between the general ultramorphology and the content of glycogen.
