Abstract

The article describes in detail the modern management strategy of patients with chronic coronary syndrome (stable coronary heart disease), which should be aimed at restoring the balance between myocardial oxygen demand and its delivery, and should be addressed by an adequate amount of secondary prevention aimed at preventing the development acute coronary syndrome and adverse consequences. Recommendations on lifestyle for patients with chronic coronary syndrome, main directions and goals of therapy, recommendations on anti-ischemic drugs, antiplatelet and antiplatelet therapy for patients with chronic coronary syndrome are given. Indications for revascularization in patients with stable angina pectoris or painless myocardial ischemia are listed in detail.
