Abstract
Isochronal resistance measurements on amorphous Fe40 Ni38 Mo4 B18 are presented. A chemical short range order transition is observed between 520 and 620 K. The activation energy of this process is about 1.65 eV and the pre-exponential factor is 2.5 × 10−14s.
