Characters of a Good Project Manager in the Automotive Industry

Abstract

Project is a very basic concept, it runs through all walks of life, is the so-called "everything can be project". As the leader of the project and the main executor of the project management activities, the project manager has full control of the project-related matters, which directly determines the success or failure of the project. At the same time, different industry attributes have different characteristics for project managers. This paper attempts to discuss the characteristics of excellent project managers according to the requirements of project managers in the automobile manufacturing industry.
