Abstract

The model of the value-based management of China's automobile manufacturing industry is based on value chain, but with the network development of the supply chain, a simple value-chain management model has does not apply to the value-based management of automotive manufacturing supply chain. So we must upgrade to the mesh thinking mode: value network thinking. This paper analyzes the network value-added process of supply chain of China's automobile manufacturing industry from the traditional value-based management model of China's automobile manufacturing industry. Analyzing the supply chain collaboration-benefit of the vehicle manufacturers, it demonstrates the necessity and urgency of the establishment of the supply chain collaborative operating mechanism of China's automobile manufacturing industry.
