With the increasingly serious shortage of land resources, all countries are increasing their marine resources and marine economic development, which has become an important strategic position in the development of China's national economy. China is a country with rich coastline, so China has rich marine resources. However, due to the different development focus of different provinces, China's marine economy will still occupy a lot of marine economic differences. Based on the development of regional economy, this paper studies the economic differences of the three marine economic industrial chains in China. Through Gini coefficient, Theil coefficient and other methods, this paper analyzes the evolution law of regional marine economic differences, which can let us better understand the differences of marine economy. Then, according to the principal component analysis method of regional economy, different types of marine economy are divided, which will better divide the focus of regional marine economy in China.
