Abstract
In 2015 the United Nations General Assembly approved the Agenda 2030 for sustainable development and within it the sustainable development goals. In this framework, the current chapter aims to analyze the food networks of gastronomic tourism and its contribution to the Sustainable Development Goal 12 oriented towards responsible production and consumption.
