Abstract
This chapter summarizes the types of reviews that will generally be required for typical process industry applications both for initial project design and initial process facility evaluations. Specific safety and security review lists are provided for petroleum/chemical industry facilities as an example. Finally, the application of such reviews during facility changes is examined.
