Abstract

China’s water resources treatment is characterized by uneven regional distribution, uneven distribution between years, and serious water problems. Although the total amount of water resources is large, the per capita water resources share is low, and it is already a moderately water-deficient country. The problem of sewage affects the living environment on the one hand, and on the other hand, it exacerbates the water shortage problem among cities. In recent years, China has introduced a series of regulations on strict wastewater treatment policies, including: PPP regulations, national urban sewage treatment and recycling facilities construction planning, government and social capital cooperation in the field of traditional infrastructure, and strengthening of public service areas, urban black and odor water political work program, water pollution prevention and control bill, etc. In the research of wastewater treatment in China, in addition to paying full attention to the methods and methods of wastewater treatment, we should also pay attention to the relevant role of relevant government bills.
