Abstract
There are some activities that are supposed to be completed after evaluation. This process involves some reflection and action and a more analytical mindset. This chapter examines the functions, beginning when the evaluation has concluded and ending when the findings are reported. The products of the evaluation, in their untreated form, constitute raw data. Raw data can exist in a variety of forms, including questionnaires, interview notes, observation notes, videotapes, or electronic logs. Raw data generally need some attention before they can be interpreted and used. The data extracted are analyzed and coded. Analysis is the process of taking data and discovering what story they tell. Generally, the process of coding and analyzing data is different for quantitative and qualitative data. It is important to safeguard the data gathered during an evaluation and the media on which they are stored.
