Abstract

Pancreatic adenocarcinoma contributes to high mortality among solid malignancies, which is usually detected at an advanced stage of metastasis. Terpenoids are the major class of naturally occurring biologically active compounds and can be explored for the drug discovery with the anticancer property. The approach has to be made in identifying a variety of terpenoids against metastatic cancer. This chapter is aimed to discuss the current advances in pancreatic adenocarcinoma, including specific target of terpenoids that are associated with NF-κB signaling, caspases, DNA damage, and apoptotic proteins.
