Abstract
Everyone talks about the technical and financial parameters of the solar energy system, and skip proper quality management of the solar energy system. Nowadays it is very important to identify proper inventory management of the solar industry and total quality management of solar power plants. In the solar energy system, it is necessary to maintain quality management from supply side to demand side, for proper establishment of an individual solar company in the renewable energy market. This chapter described inventory planning of independent demand components of the solar industry as well as inventory control of the solar energy system. Total quality management of solar power plant addition of SCADA based solar power plant is also represented in this chapter. This chapter ends with a brief description of quality certification and the society of solar energy systems.
