Abstract
In dealing with two systems, the radar system as the instruments and the dynamic system as ocean surface dynamics cannot be interlinked without implementing perfect theories. Both systems can be explained through quantum and relativity theories. However, they cannot be correlated together without understanding quantum mechanics and relativity theories. SAR ocean surface image is considered as the correlation of quantum mechanics and relativity theories. Quantum mechanics speculations have contributed to the creation of radar ocean images, and relativity theory also contributes to shaping the ocean surface dynamic pattern in radar images. This chapter answers the significant question: what is the relationship between radar ocean dynamic images with quantum and relativity theories?
