Abstract

Symbiotic partners analyzed by transcriptome analysis have shown that they cannot be considered individuals by anatomical or physiological criteria alone. Amid the past decade of symbiotic investigation, particularly genomic sequencing and high-throughput RNA methods, has challenged each of the definitions by noteworthy intelligence of animals, symbiotic microorganisms and plants. The transcriptome of these species is modulated to a diversity of differentially expressed genes in symbionts. They present unique functional metabolic pathways and serve physiological functions.
