Abstract
The streak plate method is a rapid qualitative laboratory technique used for the isolation of pure culture of the microorganisms, especially bacteria. The isolated colonies are formed at ideal streak points where the sample is taken and the culture is grown on a new plate so that the microorganism can be identified and studied.
