Abstract

This chapter is dedicated on nanovesicles for ocular drug delivery. It is well known that ocular delivery of drugs has several limitations because of various types of biological barriers encountered following topical delivery, and/or the potential toxicities, risks or implications, following delivery to the eye by invasive administration routes, such as intravitreal injections.
