Abstract

Because of extreme microorganisms' functional, taxonomic, and biotechnological characteristics, assessing a location's microbial diversity has proven crucial. If environmental conditions are too harsh for humans to survive, these conditions are described as extreme environment where some microorganisms may live. Extremophile describe these microorganisms that can survive in extremely harsh environments. Based on factors including temperature, pH, salinity, pressure, and radiation, the severe environments are categorized.
