Abstract

This chapter focuses on the conversation among three persons named Agent Comer of the U.S. Secret Service, Agent Stevens, and Agent Metcalfe of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) regarding the security services. These secret service agents are at a young man's place to collect information. They provide him with apiece of evidence that he hadn't had before—they brought a folder containing copies of statements for another bank account, one he did not even know he had. Both agents mechanically reached into their left inside suit pockets and produced a badge flip, which they slid forward on the coffee table. The young man kept his head down as he copied information from the government ID cards and appeared to ignore what Agent Comer was saying. The agents allege that Robert's, the young man's, father siphoned off some money. So Robert had to bear the sins of his father. Gradually Robert finds his way to decode the riddles that his father had left behind. The chapter has these interesting characters discussing Microsoft Excel with its components such as the spreadsheet and codewheels.
