Abstract
Peristalsis is a physiological phenomenon specially found in the digestive system where food bolus is propelled by continuous propulsion of muscle contraction and relaxation. It is a natural transport mechanism where physiological fluids are pushed from one part to another part of the body without any contaminations. In this chapter, peristaltic nanofluid flow in a channel has been investigated.
