Abstract

Objective To observe the change of cellular immune function in patients with uterine myomas proceeding laparoscope or abdomen operation. Methods 57 patients with uterine myomas were divided into two groups: laparoscope group (LA, n=27) and operation group (OA, n=30). CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+in vein were determined before operation and 1,3 d after operation. Results Compared with that before operation, CD3+ and CD4+ at 1 d after operation in both two groups decreased markedly(P<0.05), and CD4+/CD8+decreased markedly(P<0.01). all index at 3 d after operation returned to nomal level. the decreasive degree of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ in LA group was lower than that in OA group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Different operation way including operation abdomen or laparoscopic uterinectomy can suppress cellular immune function, but the effect of laparoscope was smaller than that using abdomen operation. Key words: Cellular immune function; Laparoscopic; Uterinectomy
