Abstract

The paper focuses on researching the obstacles that the Vietnamese educational system witnessed from 1986 to 2000s. In this research, qualitative methods are my main methodology. This research investigates various materials from policies, articles, books, and several relevant components. As a result, the Vietnamese educational system underwent a dramatic change, mainly influenced by policies and economics back then. In other words, the government has claimed several achievements while facing some major difficulties.
