Abstract

The management of modern organizations depends on many factors, including the degree of use of modern ICT. In particular, the internet has become an impulse to create new business models - e-business models. This paper is one of the research contributions to analyze the impact of new technologies and digitalization of businesses on knowledge management processes in organizations. The authors touch different aspects connected with knowledge processes (locating, acquiring, using, sharing and protecting) and try to identify the main factors that are necessary for building effective knowledge management system for e-business models.
