Abstract
The article examines Casimiro Miguel as a media phenomenon in Brazil, highlighting his ability to integrate traditional and digital media. Casimiro is portrayed as a "media hub," connecting platforms and audiences innovatively. The text discusses concepts like "programmed spontaneity" and "programmed ephemerality," describing how he constructs his live broadcasts to create a sense of authenticity and urgency. Casimiro's journey is analyzed as an example of hybridization between Professionally User-Generated Content (PUGC) and Professionally Generated Content (PGC), impacting the television experience in the connection culture. UGC (User-Generated Content) is defined as content created by users for online platforms without profit motives.
