Abstract
This building has two levels. One of them is a semibasement, which contains a bedroom, a playroom, a wash room, a wine celler, a laundry, a boiler room and a garage. The other level, above the ground, has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, for bedrooms and services. The house has been very simply constructed, and is almost totally open to the surrounding landscape. Materials have been employed strictly for functional purposes. The interior furniture and decoration are also most simple and elegant.

Summary
En el centro del viñedo de la Tour-de-Peilz, Waadt, se ha construido esta casa, en un emplazamiento desde el cual se dominan unas excelentes vistas: sobre el lago Ginebra y sobre el atractivo paisaje circundante. Esta construcción tiene dos niveles: uno, el de semisótano, que está ocupado por im dormitorio, cuarto de j'uegos, una ducha y W. C , bodega, lavadero, cuarto de calefacción y garaje; y otro, en nivel superior, que aloja la sala de estar, comedor, cocina, cuatro dormitorios y los servicios.
