Abstract
The Koreska factory consists of the following. The administrative building, whose social amenities include a reception hall, two games rooms, each with a capacity for 160 people, a dining room, library and other services. A ramp connecting the industrial sector and the rest of the site: it provides space for large trailer trucks to turn round. A set of workshops, stores, boiler room and porter's lodge.

Y con objeto de aprovechar al máximo la luz natural y las condiciones climáticas, se eligió la orientación norte-sur para el emplazamiento de la fábrica, y para resguardar al edificio de los fuertes vientos del oeste se evitaron los huecos grandes en la fachada que da a este lado
El edificio de los talleres, que tiene una superficie de 860 m^ contiene: el garaje, con capacidad para varios camiones y turismos, el taller de reparaciones, etc
