Abstract
This paper aimed to study the influencing factors of career management performance of knowledge-based employees and took CenturyLink Software Development Company as a case study.This study adopted the quantitative research method, collected 393 questionnaires from knowledge-based employees in CenturyLink Software Development Company. By analyzing Career Anchor Theory and Career Interest Theory, this paper found that: Firstly, career self-knowledge, fair promotion, provision of career information, career guidance and training were the factors influencing the career management performance of knowledge-based employees in CenturyLink Software Development Company. Secondly, career self-knowledge, fair promotion, provision of career information, career guidance and training have a positive effect on the career management performance of knowledge-based employees.
