Abstract

The majority of studies on food insecurity among college students in the United States have found higher rates than the general population. International students make up an important group of U.S. college students yet have not been the focus of past research on food insecurity. This study estimated the prevalence of and identified characteristics associated with food security status among international students at a large public university in the Southeastern United States.
