Abstract
目的 观察丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死的疗效.方法 对60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组按2004年急性脑梗死治疗指南给予规范治疗,治疗组在规范治疗基础上加丁苯酞200 mg,每日3次口服.结果 治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90%和60%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 丁苯酞对急性脑梗死疗效显著。
