Abstract

In the work proposed the following principles for the establishment and operation of business entities in industrial production: composition, proportionality, standardization, modularity, architectonics. Overall this is a prerequisite and serves the following areas of activity of the industrial enterprise innovative and investment activities, development of marketing, management of investment projects, improving the basic production of innovative products, the establishment of a network of services. Composition of business processes provides for the formation of the integrity and the emergence of a synergistic and complementary effect. The proportionality in the education and development of business structures provides a reasonable determination of the amount of business innovation and monitoring. Thanks to the standardization process in an industrial plant, you design corporate structures and strategic business structure is only one element of the business model of the enterprise. Modularity means the separation of the business units in an industrial plant, which must run on the principles of autonomy and self-financing. Compliance with the rules of the architectonics allows you to adjust the ratio of the load and possible crank support in the development process of innovative production.
