Abstract
O presente artigo busca estabelecer uma relação entre a teledramaturgia brasileira e suas fontes literárias. Inicialmente, traçamos um breve histórico dessa relação a partir das origens da telenovela no Brasil e suas primeiras produções que consistiam em adaptações dos nossos clássicos. Com o passar dos anos, observa-se que essa relação vai se sofisticando e que o recurso da intertextualidade se corporifica sob diversas formas explícitas ou implícitas. Analisamos esse profícuo diálogo em tramas exibidas nas últimas décadas pela Rede Globo de Televisão. Utilizamos como principais aportes teóricos Alencar (2002), Reimão, (2004), Meyer (2005) e Moratelli (2019).
