Abstract

One of the modern issues is the protection and security of the population in emergency situations, the nature of which has changed significantly in recent decades, related to regularly occurring natural disasters, man-made and natural hazards, on the one hand, and the increase in the scale of terrorist and sabotage activities, on the other hand. Biological terrorism is a global threat, the consequences of which can be catastrophic. All state institutions of the country should work together in the field of combating bioterrorism on various fronts, including the formation of a culture of biological safety of the population.
