Abstract
Abstract We present a case of a 25 year old female who presented to our clinic with complaints of bilateral otalgia. She had normal hearing as per audiogram. Preoperative diagnosis of bilateral epidermoid cyst was made based on clinical features and CT characteristics. Complete excision of bilateral cyst was done and it was reported by histopathology as epidermal inclusion cyst.
