Abstract

AbstractKnowledge Management is driven by the needs and requirement of new knowledge-driven economy. Its functions are how it be acquired, represented, exchanged, integrated and converted into useful knowledge. The intelligent use of knowledge and knowledge services are driven by the needs and requirement of creative-and-service-driven economy. The key functionalities of innovational services are how to provide personalized knowledge service and satisfy the individual demand. CyberBrain, a digital ecosystem for the execution of knowledge management and knowledge services innovation, is aimed to be a collaborative knowledge space interconnecting knowledge resources, organization and community best practices with the heterogenous expression. Domain specific ontologies and standard metadata are the basic elements through which Cyber Brain can deploy for integrating and aggregating the scattered knowledge sources. Moreover, Cyber Brain paid more attentions to provide one stop service and ubiquitous personalized knowledge service.
