Abstract

Providing users with effective personalized knowledge services is one of the development directions of information services in institutions such as libraries. The article constructs a personalized knowledge service system based on ontology by introducing ontology theory. The system uses the ontology to uniformly describe and reconstruct the multi-domain and cross-database document library. On this basis, a user personality characteristic model and a personalized knowledge retrieval model are further proposed, so that the system can realize personalized retrieval on the semantic level among multiple document databases. The system improves the efficiency and quality of knowledge services.
