Abstract
Young leaders face barriers to meaningful climate action, including limited resources, mental health challenges, and exclusion from decision-making processes. This paper proposes a localized, youth-driven framework focused on community engagement, collaboration, and flexible strategies. By providing practical tools and support, the framework aims to make climate action more accessible, impactful, and sustainable, empowering future generations to drive long-term change.
