Abstract

Updates to the syllabus of curricula for vocational subjects should, as far as possible, accompany the technological innovations that industries are implementing to integrate the 4th industrial revolution entitled “Industry 4.0”. In this context, the discussion in the educational field has always focused, among other topics, on how to keep the courses updated to train professionals who meet the expectations of various industrial sectors that increasingly face a competitive market, in which the flow of information is crucial for reduction of the development time of a given product. This paper aims to present the development of the database for use in laboratory practical classes of advanced manufacturing disciplines, aiming to assist the student in the formation of competence in integration and connectivity between human and machine.
