Abstract
Currently, on the basis of the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated 07/31/2020 No.785n, the Ministry of Defense must conduct an audit of the quality and safety of medical activities. The audit should include not only an assessment of theoretical knowledge, but also the level of proficiency using simulation technologies. An audit was conducted on the indicators of emergency and emergency care for children in the Ministry of Defense. The audit results allowed: to improve approaches to providing emergency care to children; to form an effective trajectory for training specialists; to implement trainings; to obtain data on the survival of skills; to work out an audit algorithm.
