Abstract

This paper describes the advantages of using functional safety analysis according to the ISO 26262 standard. And also the necessary analyses (HAZOP, HAZOP, FMEA, FTA) for the LDWS system were performed and the rating has been determined automotive safety integrity level ASIL. As a result of the analysis of the developed lane departure warning system, 36 technical safety requirements were formulated. Assigned 8 security mechanisms, which are implemented by the software. Tests of the lane departure warning system for the effectiveness of the proposed requirements showed more stable operation of the system integrated into the transport vehicle.
