Abstract

Based on the GB/T 34590 functional safety standard, this paper analyzes the failure of the clutch system of a dual-motor hybrid bus and determines the Automotive Safety Integrity Level (ASIL) of different failure modes. Finally, it is confirmed that the clutch system needs to meet ASIL B. In order to achieve this level of safety, the hardware and software architecture of the clutch control system was designed, and the clutch state control and diagnostic module of the software architecture was introduced in detail. Finally, a hardware test and a software test method for system integration are described according to the safety level.
